My engineering Marvel- SGVP miniature model

Some of my friends call me Artist, some of them call me scientist, but believe me I am an Engineer.

I passed one and a half year in SGVP Gurukul, Ahmedabad. I was quite fascinated to this unique structure of that building which was designed by international architecture about a decade ago. After the final exam of 3^rdsemester I took a day off just to sketch this structure on paper. I was one of the top students of my school as far as drawing is concerned. I love painting. I could take all three views (plan, elevation and side view) easily.

 

I used to do it only in vacation. When college begins I used to pack up and next vacation resume again. Frankly speaking it’s just a tool to pass the time for me. When people get bored they play cricket or watch movie or any other task they like. The same way I was making model for one or two hours every day. Finally it’s done! After a year I had exposed it in NU Tech at Nirma University.  It has 30 Kg weight and 5 X 3 X 2.5 feet size. I could fit 222 LEDs within its cavities. I just love it when everyone who see it for the first time spoke out with a word ‘wow!’ when I switched on all the LEDs at a time.

Now, Whenever I see this model, even i cant believe that i have made this.

I am very clear that I could make this only by “Grace of God”. I would give all this credit to my parents, teachers and my friends.
